Precautions for using R410a:
1. R410a copper pipe must use high-strength and compressive special copper pipe. Parts must also be dedicated. R410a copper tubes can be used instead of ordinary R22 copper tubes, but you must never use ordinary R22 copper tubes to replace R410a copper tubes.
2. When the R410a new refrigerant split is installed, it should not be confused with the connecting pipe and refrigerant used in R22 air conditioners.
3. R410a air conditioner requires high installed capacity. The action must be rapid, the emptying must be sufficient, do not drip sweat into the connecting pipe, do not mix other insoluble impurities into the system, preferably on a sunny day.
4. During maintenance, if the refrigeration system is cut open, the filter drier must be replaced, and the refrigeration system should not be exposed to the air for more than five minutes.
5. When vacuuming after maintenance is completed, the vacuum pump used should be a special vacuum pump, which shall not cause mixed pollution of refrigerants, and the vacuuming time must be guaranteed to be more than 25 minutes.
6. R410a refrigerant should be stored in an environment below 30 degrees. If it has been stored in an environment above 30 degrees, it must be stored in an environment below 30 degrees for more than 24 hours before it can be used.
